A thousand fires wouldn't make it any brighter down there
Man, look at me, with my words so deep
Or at least as deep as I can make them seem

But I'm fading & I'm buzzing, like a pair of old headphones busting
In the bottom of the night
There's a girl with a voice, like an angel from the skies
Sings in the language of the world
